Grape Ape Plant

If your memory stretches back to kids’ TV shows of the 1970s, you’ll know that Grape Ape was a 40-foot-tall purple cartoon monkey. Whether or not the Californian creators of the Grape Ape strain had monkeys on their minds remains moot, what they came up with was an Indica dominant strain with a potent hit.

As far as smell and taste are concerned, it’s no surprise that it has distinct grape tones. These are mixed with a skunky, almost hashlike, aftertaste and sweet, fruity notes with a suggestion of exotic spices. The typical Indica hit gives a fast-acting body stone, although this strain gives less couchlock than many others, and as a bonus gives a happy, euphoric feeling. Medically, the Grape Ape strain is good for treating poor appetite, stress and insomnia.

Grape Ape weed has a bushy growing habit, attaining a height of 100 to 120 centimetres, with broad leaves. The leaves and the heavy buds both take on a strong purple hue as they mature. The buds are dense and sticky with resin. THC content is high, in the 15 to 20 percent range.https://grow-marijuana.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=3266&action=trash&_wpnonce=faa2b9fc95

Grape Ape does well indoors in either a rich compost or hydro, and produces medium-sized yields. Flowering time is from eight to nine weeks. It’s possible to grow outdoors, but needs a sheltered spot with plenty of sun.

If you like a weed with a strong, fruity flavor and a powerful high that doesn’t leave you incapacitated, think about choosing Grape Ape.
