Great white shark plant

Created in the Netherlands, Great White Shark weed is an Indica dominant product of crossbreeding Super Skunk with strains from Brazil and South India. It’s been around for quite a few years, proving its pedigree back in 1997 when it finished second overall in the High Times Cannabis Cup as well as second in the Bio section.

The smell of Great White Shark cannabis is reminiscent of forest glades and freshly turned earth, and the flavor is smooth with a sweetish edge. After smoking it you’ll experience a typical Indica high; a heavy body stone with narcotic and sedative cerebral effects. This is a great evening smoke for relaxing with your favorite music or a movie. Medical dispensaries recommend it for sleeplessness and muscular pain.

Great White Shark seeds produce plants of short to medium height that are quite bushy with broad palmate leaves, mid-green in colour, turning darker as the plant matures. The dense buds are roundish and covered in orange hairs. THC levels have been measured as high as 17.9 percent in the lab.

The strain thrives with the SOG growing method using a hydroponic setup. Flowering time is eight to nine weeks and yields are very healthy, as high as 800 grams per square metre.

This plant will succeed in colder northern European climates. Plant it in a soil enriched with composts in a spot that gets as much sunlight as possible. Harvest comes in early to mid-October and each plant can yield up to one kilogram.

If you’re looking for a plant that will produce abundant harvests of a very potent weed, think about choosing Great White Shark weed. Its scary name reflects the fact that novice smokers should approach this weed with caution.
