Snozzberry
Snozzberry is an Indica-dominant cross between Purple Urkle and Snowdawg BX. The name Snozzberry comes from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. In that book, snozzberries were a delicious fruit and their flavour was included in lickable wallpaper. In real life, Snozzberry is a well-respected strain of medical cannabis.
Although it is almost pure Indica (90%), Snozzberry has average THC in the region of 15% to 20% and moderate CBD. This makes it a great choice for people who value flexibility over raw strength. There is enough pain relief to treat quite a wide range of conditions. Additionally, there is a nice mental boost. The Indica genetics mean the high is relatively mellow and chilled. Basically, it’s like being in a really happy, playful mood rather than totally buzzing with euphoria. This then transitions into a deep body buzz. You might or might not consider it a full-on stone. You will definitely consider yourself way too comfortable to want to get up for a while. It therefore makes sense to have some snacks handy to deal with the marijuana munchies. You’ll also want some water. Snozzberry can be used during the day or at night.
Snozzberry has an indoor flowering period of 9 to 10 weeks. The outdoor harvest is around the middle of October. Snozzberry’s Indica genetics help to keep this strain on the shorter side. Indoors, Snozberry will generally average out at about 1.5M in height. Outdoors, it is likely to grow a bit taller, 1.8M would be a reasonable expectation. Remember, however, that even Indicas can stretch beyond this if growing conditions are particularly good.
Yields will probably vary depending on the grower’s experience. Beginners can expect around 300g/m2 indoors and up to 450g per plant outdoors. Those will more experience can push this up significantly. Snozzberry responds very well to good care and effective plant training. Snozzberry is a nicely robust strain. It has good resistance to mould, diseases and pests. It’s also reasonably forgiving of beginner mistakes. Complete beginners might want to start with an autoflowering strain. Everyone else should do just fine with Snozzberry.
In terms of taste and aroma, Snozzberry is a delicious blend of berries and hash. It will probably be the berries you notice first. Later, however, the deep, hash spices will make themselves felt more, becoming the dominant flavour.
