AutoMazar

AutoMazar is an autoflowering type that’s been created by crossing the Mazar strain and an unknown Indica strain with some Ruderalis genetics, which give the plant its autoflowering properties. No AutoMazar review is complete without some notes on its Mazar parent. Mazar’s main genetics come from the legendary plants of the Afghani city of Mazar-i-Sharif and the strain was second in the Indica section of the 1999 High Times Cannabis Cup.

AutoMazar weed has a skunky aroma and the flavor has strong notes of quality black hashish. The high is intensely physical with noticeably sedative tendencies, so this weed is good for zoning out in front of a movie or relaxing with a few select friends. Medically, AutoMazar can help with sleeplessness and poor appetite.

AutoMazar seeds produce short, bushy plants ranging in height from 70 to 80 centimetres. The buds are dense and compact, and carry longish orange to brown hairs, while the leaves are mid-green and quite large for such a small plant. THC levels can be as high as 15 percent.

For indoor growing, its autoflowering quality means that you don’t need to force flowering by varying lighting duration. Just grow the plants in around 20 hours of light per day and they will happily flower. This strain is quite easy to grow and you can expect to harvest between 100 and 200 grams per plant.

The plants can thrive outdoors in a warm, sunny climate such as that of southern Europe. Seed to harvest time is around 11 weeks and yields are in the same range as indoor grown plants.

If you’re looking for a strain that produces better yields and higher potency than most of its autoflowering cousins, AutoMazar could be for you. It’s not difficult to grow, and it’s ideal if you have only limited space for cultivation.
