Gorilla Glue Auto

Auto Seeds took the might and much loved Gorilla Glue and made it autoflowering.  For those of you who are wondering about the genetics Auto Seeds took the original Gorilla Glue and crossed it with their Auto #1. Gorilla Glue Auto is a blend of citrus, pine and earthy notes with coffee, much like the flavours of original OG kush and sour diesel that made them so popular.  The aroma is much the same and will certainly get your nostrils twitching.

In terms of effect, Gorilla Glue Auto has  THC levels tested at an impressive 23%. That’s some really powerful and fast-acting pain relief as well as an effective remedy for emotional conditions such as stress. Just remember that it has a very heavy body stone, so think about whens appropriate to use the strain, as couch lock is almost certain.

Interestingly, in spite of the fact that Gorilla Glue Auto has high THC and low CBD, it is known as a strain which is very physically relaxing, which is why it has become a popular “all round” remedy for conditions such as tension headaches and PMS, which have both a physical and a mental component.

For growers Gorilla Glue Auto is, in our opinion, moderately easy to grow, as it takes a bit more tender loving care than your average autoflowering strain, but is still a whole lot easier than you might expect from a strain with this much THC.  So first, the good news, autoflowering seeds spare growers both the need to sex their plants and the need to manage light cycles and colours.  Gorilla Glue Auto is actually fairly small (topping off at about one metre) and it’s also decently robust.  It will grow quite happily in containers, but once your plant is past the “baby” stage, you’re going to want to look at larger ones, around the 40-50 litre size.  You also need to be on point when it comes to managing water, food nutrients and heat as Gorilla Glue Auto does have a sensitive side and therefore dislikes stress.  Be kind to your plant and you can expect to harvest 400 – 600 gr/m2.
