Magic Bud
Review
Very little is known about Magic Bud’s genetic heritage other than it’s a Sativa and Indica hybrid with the emphasis slightly on the Sativa side. However, it does live up to its name when you smoke it – there’s something magical about the high.
The Magic Bud strain has a skunky aroma and the flavor is quite sweet with notes of exotic spices and flower blossoms. Smoking produces a well-balanced high that combines a relaxing body hit with a stimulating mental uplift. Medically, this weed can be used to alleviate muscular pain, sleeplessness and depressed appetite.
Magic Bud seeds produce plants of medium size with leaves that have a velvety texture and are mid-green. The plants have a bushy growing tendency and the dense buds are roundish and covered in a coating of sticky resin. THC levels are in the 16 to 20 percent range.
Indoors, Magic Bud grows well in either hydro or soil and its bushiness makes the SOG growing method a good option. The plants have a well-developed mould and pest resistance and flowering time is around seven to eight weeks. With careful cultivation, you can expect yields of up to 500 grams per square metre.
Outdoor growing will succeed in climates at least as warm as the Mediterranean. Harvest time in the northern hemisphere is early to mid-October with yields of up to 500 grams per plant.
Although its background is something of a mystery the results of growing this plant are easy to see – high yields of potent weed. Magic Bud is quite easy to grow so even beginners will enjoy cultivating it.
