Dreamberry Automatic
Review
An Indica-dominant hybrid, Dreamberry offers the deep relaxation of an Indica with the crisp edge of a Sativa. It’s a cross between the renowned, medicinal Blue Dream and either Blackberry or Berry Ryder, both of which are known for their relaxing properties and outstanding taste.
Dreamberry offers the best of both worlds. As a medicinal strain it is excellent for both pain relief and the treatment of depression and other similar issues. Its taste is, however, a vast improvement on many prescription and over-the-counter medicines. This is a sweet and delicious berry hit, with a spicey base and a buttery creaminess which may make you think of fruit desserts or the best fruit sweets.
The high offers the deep relaxation you would expect from an Indica, but the Sativa element keeps it refreshing, which means that this strain can be used for pain relief when you need to have your wits about you afterwards. Alternatively it can be used to help you relax in preparation for going to sleep. THC content is moderate, tending to be around 15% to 18%.
Its Indica-dominant genetics mean that Dreamberry is a fairly compact plant, while its Blackberry/Berry Ryder lineage shows through in the close internodal growth, which is great news if you are looking for a strain which will offer substantial yields in minimal space. Indoor yields of 350gm2 or even more are perfectly feasible. The Sativa element tends to show through in elegant, elongated buds, which grow in clusters on numerous stems rather than hanging on a single cola. This is the main reason why Dreamberry is known for being an excellent choice for those who wish to use a Screen of Green (Scrog) system.
Dreamberry will grow outdoors, although growers in colder climates might find they do better with an indoor set-up. If growing in soil, paying attention to soil aeration (for example adding some perlite) can pay dividends in terms of healthy root growth, thereby allowing the plant to reach its full potential. The flowering period is about 10 to 11 weeks and for those growing outdoors, the harvest is around the end of September (Northern hemisphere).
