Blackberry Kush
Review
Blackberry Kush is an Indica weed that combines the genetics of Afghani Kush and Blackberry strains and is one of the many high-quality weeds that have emerged from the California medical cannabis scene.
This weed has a powerful skunky odour at first smell, but then you’ll recognise berry notes and in the flavor you’ll taste a subtle mixture of exotic spices, incense and sandalwood. As soon as it hits you, which is quickly, you’ll be very stoned. A lie-down on the couch is called for – it’s inadvisable to smoke this herb during the day if you’ve things to do. Medical dispensaries recommend it as a palliative for insomnia and poor appetite.
The plant grows to a medium height with dark green leaves and buds that turn a dark purple as they reach maturity. The buds have a resinous coating of silver crystals. Flowering time is around eight weeks and the THC content is between 15 and 18 percent.
Blackberry Kush seeds perform best when they are grown indoors and their bushy shape means they respond well to the SOG method. Yields are average. In warmer climates, you can try this one outdoors, but in more northerly locations, indoors is your best bet.
So to conclude this Blackberry Kush review, if you enjoy a heavy stone and a subtle flavor, this weed fits the bill. Blackberry Kush is not the most prolific cropper, but you’ll grow this weed for its quality, not its quantity.
