Rollex OG Kush (Devils Harvest)

Indica-dominant Rollex OG Kush has nothing whatsoever to do with the Swiss watch company.  It is, in fact, a highly-potent cross between White Fire OG and Kuchi.  This variety can offer powerful pain relief to medical users, but is also popular with recreational users looking for a powerful high with a great taste.

Rollex OG Kush has an unusual but very pleasant flavour.  The top notes are mostly sweet and menthol, but there’s an element of cheese, which cuts through them.  Deeper down there is the classic Kush skunk, but although the pungency is certainly still there, it’s mellowed by warm, full-bodied earthiness.

In spite of being very much an Indica, the high levels of THC mean that the initial effect of this strain is much more in line with what you would traditionally expect from a Sativa.  It starts with an uplifting, euphoric, cerebral rush and then slowly mellows and settles down into the classic Indica full-body stone.  Medical users will found this variety superbly effective for muscular issues, be it tension or spasms as well as offering general pain-relief.  This is also a great choice for those who suffer from migraines as well as for emotional disorders such as stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia.

Rollex OG Kush is a good choice for amateur growers, since its Indica genetics keep its size manageable and therefore suitable for smaller growing spaces.  Also, in spite of its potent effect, its smell is fairly reasonable, so those with only a few plants will have minimal ventilation requirements.  Obviously as the number of plants increases, so does the smell, at which point ventilation and filters need to be looked at more seriously.  Overall this is a reasonably low-maintenance variety with respectable yields.  Although it does not offer the same sort of bumper crop as the likes of Big Bud, more serious growers may still be interested in Rollex OG Kush as its sheer potency makes up for its relative lack of absolute yield, while the fact that it’s a compact, bushy Indica reduces the requirements for vertical space and eliminates the need for the sort of support Big Bud and its ilk typically require.
