Afgoo
Review
Afgoo, sometimes called Afgooey, comes from the Californian medical cannabis scene, although its precise breeder is unknown. It’s an Indica dominant strain, the product of a cross between Afghani #1 and Maui Haze. Maui Haze, with its partly Hawaiian heritage, contributes the Sativa element of Afgoo, which gets its names from the noticeable stickiness of the buds.
This weed has a pine scent mixed with earthy elements and the flavour adds notes of sweet spice and blossoms. The quick-acting hit is dominated by a powerful body stone and this is a weed with definite couchlock tendencies. If you suffer from insomnia, then it comes highly recommended.
Afgoo weed grows to a medium height with light-green, long-fingered leaves that reflect its minority Sativa heritage. The light green buds are intensely sticky with resin and THC content is in the 16 to 18 percent range.
The Afgoo strain was bred with indoor growing in mind and it does well in either hydro or soil. Flowering time is eight weeks and you can expect notably high yields at harvest time.
Outdoor growing will only produce successful results if you live somewhere with at least a Mediterranean climate.
Afgoo is favored by commercial growers because of its high yields and dependable potency. Home gardeners choose it for exactly those qualities, although it’s best to choose this strain if you already have some growing experience under your belt.
