G13 Haze
Review
Growers in Amsterdam created the Sativa dominant G13 Haze strain by crossing G13 with Original Haze from Hawaii. Evidence of its undoubted pedigree and quality comes from its second place in the overall section of the 2006 High Times Cannabis Cup, bettered by its first place in the same competition the next year.
It produces an intensely cerebral high that is energising rather than couchlocking. The smell and flavor are skunky with undertones of sweet fruit and incense. Medical dispensaries prescribe this weed for poor appetite and stress.
Outdoors, G13 Haze seeds this plant can grow as high as three metres, although it is best restricted to about 120 centimetres indoors. The plant grows straight and has robust sidestems. It matures with an earthy, fruity smell and the dense buds develop with a covering of orange and brown hairs. THC content can be as high as 20 percent.
The best way to grow G13 Haze seeds indoors is to restrict its height by careful pruning. The SCROG growing method produces good results, giving yields of up to 450 grams per square metre. Flowering time is around eight weeks.
Grown outdoors, this plant is tall and is likely to need support as it gains height. Outdoor harvest comes at the end of September or the beginning of October.
Anyone will enjoy the euphoric hit this award-winning G13 Haze offers, but you’ll get the best growing results if you already have some cultivating experience under your belt.
