Critical Jack
Review
Sativa dominant Critical Jack is a crossbreeding of the Critical+ and Jack Herer strains. Jack Herer was named after the late Jack Herer, a leading legalise cannabis campaigner in America. The strain won the overall prize in the 1994 High Times Cannabis Cup and also won the Sativa section of the 1999 competition, so it has an impressive pedigree.
The weed has a skunky aroma with notes of fresh lemon and the flavor is fragrant with undertones of blossoms, tropical fruit and exotic spices. The high is very cerebral – you’ll find your powers of concentration enhanced and you’ll quickly become engrossed if you embark on creative tasks. Medically, this weed can help with appetite loss and stress.
Outdoors, Critical Jack seeds can produce plants as tall as three metres, although you’ll obviously want to limit this for indoor growing. The plant has long pale green leaves and the buds are conical in shape. THC level has been measured at 14.6 percent in the lab.
For indoor growing, you’ll definitely need to trim this plant back to keep it in bounds. It will do equally well in soil or hydro and it has good mould and pest resistance. Flowering time is from eight to 10 weeks and harvests are above average.
Any Critical Jack review has to point out that outdoor growing will only be successful in a climate at least as warm and sunny as the Mediterranean. Harvest time in the northern hemisphere comes in late October.
For Sativa fans, Critical Jack will hit the spot with its fragrant flavour and mentally stimulating high. It requires some gardening skills so might not be a great choice if it’s your first grow.

Out door growth does not have a chronic taste too it. More like a high grade stress. Anyone agree?
Does it make good honey, shatter, wax?
