Berry Kush
Review
Berry Kush, also known as Kush Berry, is an Indica-dominant American strain combining OG Kush from Los Angeles with a Blueberry. Blueberry was originally created in the Netherlands in the late 1970s but the strain used here is from Oregon. Blueberry has an impressive pedigree with three appearances on the High Times Cannabis Cup podium including first place overall in 2000.
The Berry Kush strain has a fresh-earth aroma with undertones of exotic fruit and the flavor continues those themes with the addition of citrus and berry notes. The high combines a pleasurable body buzz with cerebral stimulation and won’t leave you couchlocked. Medically, this weed can help with stress and appetite problems.
The plants are small to medium in height with dark green leaves and fat buds that are covered in redish brown hairs. THC content is around 15 percent.
Indoors, it thrives in both hydro and soil. Flowering time is between eight and nine weeks and you can expect to harvest 400 to 500 grams per square metre.
For the plant to succeed outdoors, you need to cultivate it somewhere with a climate similar to the Mediterranean. In the northern hemisphere, harvest comes mid to late October.
If you’re looking for a weed that offers a potent but not disabling hit, Berry Kush could be for you. Harvests are dependable and no Berry Kush review would be complete without pointing out that connoisseurs and novices alike enjoy the berry and citrus undertones of the flavor.
