The origins of MiG-29 seeds are steeped in mystery. Created by crossing the legendary “government developed” G-13 Haze with an unnamed ruderalis, the outcome is something quite special that pushes the boundaries of autoflowering strains and moves them onto the next generation. This autoflower finishes in as little as 65 days from seed, but still produces a yield and THC levels similar to the most impressive photo period strains.

MiG-29 weed’s fragrance is of sweet fruit and spice which dominates the flavour and is very agreeable. A cerebral hit comes on quickly and is joined by a calming body buzz due to the high levels of CBD in this strain. Medically, this strain can be used to treat depression, anxiety, and loss of appetite.

The plant grows medium to tall for an autoflower, reaching up to 100 centimetres indoors, providing it receives an intense amount of light. The plants tend to grow with a single main cola and several nice side buds, with a high bud to leaf ratio. The buds are impressive in size, while being tight and dense, and covered in an enticing layer of sticky white trichomes. THC levels are considered to be very high for an autoflowering strain.

Indoors, the most impressive results come when grown in hydroponics and receiving 24 hours light a day. Its growth structure makes MiG-29 cannabis an excellent strain for growing in either SCROG or SOG. Get the conditions right and you can produce a whopping and unrivalled 500 grams per square meter in 65 to 80 days from seed!

Outdoors, its ability to stand harsher conditions make it possible to grow MiG-29 seeds in cooler northern climates. Its advised that you harvest in the early summer months to make the most out of the hot weather, although you can still expect an abundant harvest come October in warmer climes.

All in all, you’ll not go wrong if you choose to grow MiG-29 seeds. Their hardiness and rapid growth make them a great choice for beginners, who will grow an excellent yield with very little attention. In the hands of experienced growers, this strain has the potential to produce exceptional yields of mind bendingly potent weed.
